General Conditions

Reservations and Payment

A deposit of $600 per person is required at time of booking.

Airfares are subject to change until ticketed.

We suggest that you purchase plane tickets at time of booking.

Final payment is required 45 days before departure. Credit card payment is acceptable for airfare; however, a check is required for the balance of the tour costs.

Minimum Group Size

A minimum of 10 participants is required for this program.

A full refund will be made to trip participants if the minimum is not reached.

Cancellation Penalties on Land Arrangements

Cancellation eight weeks before departure allows full refund on land arrangements; forty-five to twenty-one days, $300 penalty for land arrangements; twenty days to eight days, $600 penalty for land arrangements; seven days to departure, $1,100 penalty for land arrangements. After arrival, unused portions of the tour are nonrefundable. The $61 insurance premium is not refundable at any time.

Airfare Penalites

Penalties vary with different airlines. At the time of booking, you will be advised of penalties that apply to your airfare.

Revision Fees

A revision fee of $35 will be charged for changes in a reservation after deposit is received.

Passport

A passport is required for travel to Europe. Please provide a photo copy of the first two pages of your passport with your deposit. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please let us know at time of booking, so we can advise you of possible visa requirements.

Insurance

A trip cancellation insurance policy in the amount of $1,100 is included in your tour costs. Please review the policy and the policy conditions. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase any additional coverage that your airfare may require.

Please review your health insurance coverage to verify your coverage overseas. Additional coverage is available if yours is inadequate. Also review possible baggage insurance. New or additional baggage coverage is available.

Baggage

You are allowed one piece of luggage to check in on the tour and one carry-on. Additional luggage will be at the traveler's expense.

Travel Document

Documents will be issued 14 days prior to departure.

Conditions and Responsibility

Teel's Travel Planners, Inc., acts only as agent for the transportation companies, hotels and other organizations providing accommodations, transportation or other services. The acceptance of any travel plan shall indicate the passenger's agreement to the foregoing. In addition, the passenger agrees that neither Teel's Travel Planners, Inc., nor any of its affiliates, shall be liable or responsible for any loss, damage or injury to person, property or otherwise, or any delay or expense incurred beyond the control of Teel's Travel Planners, Inc., including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, fire or disruptions of any scheduled service.
