 It's
a visit to Switzerland's capital, Bern,
where sights can include the Swiss Parliament
building, the famous Gothic Minister Church,
the Bern Clock Tower, the farmer's
market, an art or alpine museum and the windows
of hundreds of shops along archway-covered
sidewalks.
While in Bern, you can visit the
Swiss National Travel Office to pick up
brochures and train/bus schedules for any
other Swiss town or village you might want
to visit before you leave.
This also is the place to buy Swiss railroad
wallets for family and friends -- a bargain
at about $5 apiece. |
